This Privacy Policy explains how PROXINOT (“we”, “us”) handles information when you play our TikTok mini games. It applies to these games:

These games run inside the TikTok mini-game environment. We do not invent extra company details here. If something is not listed, we do not claim it.

1. What we collect

Depending on the game and the platform, we may process:

• TikTok account identifiers needed to log you in (for example an open ID or session token provided by TikTok, not your password).
• Device and runtime information supplied by the TikTok mini-game API (such as platform, language, screen size, and a device or guest identifier).
• Gameplay data (level progress, scores, session length, feature usage).
• Advertising identifiers and ad events (impressions, clicks, completed rewarded videos, interstitial closes or failures) so we can show ads and measure them.
• Basic diagnostics (crash or error logs, performance timing) to keep the games running.
• Messages you send to our support email, if you contact us.

We do not ask you to type a password, payment card, government ID, or home address into these games. We do not knowingly collect precise GPS location.

2. How we use information

• Login. To sign you in through TikTok and restore your session.
• Advertising (IAA). To show rewarded video and interstitial ads, and to record whether an ad was shown or completed.
• Analytics. To understand which levels or features are used, and to find bugs.
• Support. To reply if you email us.
• Safety and abuse. To stop cheating, spam, or misuse of the games.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not rent or trade mailing lists.

3. Who else can see information

These games are hosted on TikTok. TikTok and its advertising systems receive the data they need to run login, ads, and the mini-game platform. Their own policies apply to that processing.

We may use infrastructure providers (for example hosting or a content delivery network) only to serve this policy, the games’ static files, or related configuration. We do not share your information with unrelated third parties for their own marketing.

We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users, the games, or PROXINOT against fraud or abuse.

4. Children

These games are general-audience entertainment. They are not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. 5. International users

You play through TikTok, which may process data in more than one country. By using the games you understand that information can be processed outside the country where you live, subject to TikTok’s platform and applicable law. This policy uses general wording on purpose. We do not claim a specific local registration, data-protection officer, or street address that we have not provided.

6. How long we keep data

Gameplay, ad, and diagnostic records are kept only as long as needed to operate the games, measure ads, fix issues, and meet legal duties. Support emails are kept long enough to handle your request. When we no longer need data we control, we delete or de-identify it.

7. Your choices

You can stop playing and uninstall or close the mini game at any time. You can manage TikTok account and ad preferences in the TikTok app. To ask what data we hold about you, or to ask us to delete data we control, email ouyourinn@gmail.com. We may need to confirm it is you. Some platform data can only be changed in TikTok’s own settings.

8. Changes

If we update this policy, we will change the “Last updated” date on this page. Continued use of the games after an update means you accept the revised policy.
